Neanderthal achievement.
Need some help with the Neanderthal achievement.

So I got the required items for it and when I try to combine them in the crafting section it says "You don't have a clue how to combine these item."

I have the following :
- Sharpening Stone
- Wire x5
- Stone tool from Roaring Caverns

Every guide I saw online was saying Wires and I was thinking how the hell do you use wires to make a knife.

What is it about that perk +70 dmg to "cosmic horrors" the knife got?
