The tatooed satanist teaching your "thorn armor" recipe is missing
I encountered him on my first playthrough but now when starting over he just doesn't appear in the camp. I tried reloading, moving out and in and resting but nothing happens

No one else encountered the same issue? I feel disheartened moving on if other NPC's will be missing...

He appeared after the infighting for me. Not missing any npc's I noticed in EA.

Odd since in my first game I encountered him immediately at the factory.

This game he is missing as well as the possed guy with the pig in the starter town

village: the hunter, the crazy guy with the pig, the repair TV guy, the mailman, bounty hunter
factory: satanist worshiper, the duo aka the mute and the pyromaniac
these are random encounters, aren't fix
