Report a translation problem
if you see it as the game exe and then only one folder called "game name Data" and inside it is managed , mono , resources, plugins
Then its Unity.
if its folders like binaries, UDK, , Engine and the game exe is a bit hard to find then its most likely Unreal engine.
if the game exe + music are all in the main folder then its probably game maker studio
These are "rough" estimation of how folders looks after the project is done in those engines, and theres obviously a LOT of other engines and self-made methods so you cant really list them all here ;s
Yeah... I realised after a day of no sleep I could just try that. And I did... like, a few days before this post. O.o
