Unfortunately there isn't, except in the case where you only missed Jacks, Queens, Kings or Aces. These cards are necessary to unlock some of the files, so you can check what are the conditions to unlock the ones that are still locked for you, and you might learn about a few of the cards you're still missing. That's how I realized I was still missing some of these. Also, the thing they unlock usually gives you a pretty good idea of where they might be (obviously, if they are in the section about a zone you enter at the end of the game, they clearly cannot be found earlier in the game).
However, if you are missing any numbered card... Well, you juste have to look for it everywhere without knowing anything. I missed only one numbered card, and I honestly have absolutely no clue where it might be. It feels like I've already spent a few hours going back and forth in the manor. I guess the only way to find the missing one is to write your own checklist.
Hopefully, yours will be easy to find!
Yeah, after I posted this I found 3 more, which raised my total to 51. I had to check the save the file (after cross referencing -_-) before I figured out which card was missing.
Oddly enough, it was the rolate room with the big screen. I just relized that I NEVER entered that room, not even once through my whole playthrough :P
