Then, after the fighting with something else is over, the orks get bored again and invade the nearest skaven warren.
But orks like to fight everyone and everything, so that's to be expected.
Are you talking about ORKS as in Warhammer 40k who utilise Technology with the combination of their gestalt field or are you talking about ORCS who are the fantasy brothers minus the gestalt field?
Because the only thing the Fantasy ORCS have in common with the 40k ORKS is their fungus based reproduction and pleasure from violence.
In Fantasy they have nothing in common at all and do not have the same magic or even technology since the ORCS get their magic from Gork and Mork and lack technology nearly completly, while in 40k they build it in the same manner as the Skaven.
After the popularity of the 40k Orks, the fantasy ones were made the same but minus every cool thing that properly define them in 40k.
40k was only a Sci-Fi parody of Fantasy that is why they share lots of things together and its a common misconception that one is the future and the other the past.
Once they had close ties with each other but as time went past it was severed bit by bit.
I'm the biggest orc and I make all the rules.
Get smashed, hummie!
Wat? In both games, Orks worship Gork and Mork, have psychic powers/magic, "red ones go faster," both grow out of fungus from spores released by Orks, and so on.
The main difference is with Grots/Goblins. Fantasy's gobos are more formitable and use magic. 40k's gobos are more like sidekicks and perform slave labor. 40k specifically doesn't have Night Goblins, who are practically their own faction in Warhammer fantasy.
As far as OP goes, Orcs have been around since before Sigmar. Part of how Sigmar came to be a living god is from his one man war against greenskins, driving them out of what is now the Empire. The founding of Skavenblight (the capitol of the Skaven) and the creation of the Skaven happened approximately 1,600 years before the birth of Sigmar.
So, Orcs and Skaven have existed for longer than the Empire and continue to exist even during the End Times. Grimgor Ironhide, one of the most dangerous Black Orcs to ever live, halts the Chaos invasion of the Southlands during the End Times after headbutting Archaon the Everchoosen to death. Archaon was leader of the Chaos forces during the End Times.
They dont have the gestalt field so red ones go faster does not apply.
The rest is true.
Everyone knows that they were copy pasted from 40k leaving their unique features like the gestalt field behind making them very bland in comparison.
