Perhaps you are confusing this game with DarkTide?
Why shouldn't it be? Normally games with crossplay provide an option to disable crossplay. Giving players to option to play with friends on other platforms wouldn't have any impact on your experience of the game. I hope the game gets crossplay some day.
Because the less opportunities given for toxic consolites to pollute the playerbase, the better. Also, we'd have to play the gimped version of the game with less enemies to make up for consoles shortcomings.
If people are toxic consolites in your eyes because they play on different hardware, you can just disable crossplay and don't worry about it.
And you're making assumptions that we would have to play the gimped console version, that'd seem stupid of them to do, they could bring the pc version to newer consoles.
You are grossly uninformed. It's not me who's making the assumptions here. Let me bullet point a few glaring flaws with yours.
And this is not pc fanboyism, consolite toxicity notwithstanding. These are facts. Crossplay is not happening. End of story. Good day.
I mean ok, if Darktide doesn't have an option to disable crossplay, Vermintide wouldn't be able to have one, makes sense.
"Consoles run on inferior hardware."
"newer consoles"
"NEWER consoles"
