it kills hordes
If you want to give up the ability to easily take out shieldvermin and hitscan, then you can now chunk hordes with a lot more cleave, more ammo, and have overall better boss DPS in the long run (if you end up being the only guy doing anything without a pot).
exactly, this is why i prefer the handgun for long range sniping because i enjoy sniping specials from far away before they can get close. i liked the bow when it was a sniping weapon. this is of course just my opinion. the bow has a faster fire rate, deals with hordes better and better boss dps if all headshots land.
but as it stands the handgun just feels better for me right now.
