Speed run against the grain, screaming bell and/or Halescourge.

Difficulty has a tiny effect on experience gained, nothing too impacting.

Playing on recruit/vet is the best way to speed up your runs and maximize your exp gains.

Lack of skill not lack of levels is usually what holds new players back. Speed running is for dolts that wanna get carried when they reach level 35.

Qp into games and hope they are near the end.

If not quit and try again then then cycle back to eatlier games when yiu think they must be nearing the end.

If anyone questions you for rejoing say your game crashed but you reloaded and came back (you can even be proactive and say this when joining or ask if everyone crashed).

speedrunning sceaming bell on recruit, takes about 5 minutes per game including loading screens once you get good at it

Gardens of More is the fastest map to farm XP as BW through a glitch. You can complete the level in about a minute.

Morr has been patched a while ago. Now you've got to complete the event to finish the mission. Still if you really just want to grind levels and don't care about loot, you could just die next to where the bubble appears over and over again, which might be the fastest way to level up atm.
