One thing is leaving a bad review for whatever reason you think so, you don't like the game or whatever, sure. Leaving a bad review saying the devs did something that never happened? Cringe as ♥♥♥♥.
It's mostly crutch users who can't fathom that nerfing overpowered stuff could be for the sake of balance and not because of versus.
Devs have been very clear about keeping versus and pve balance separate.
With Versus release, we had a progression rework to help new players getting equipment and levels faster. Long story short, loot/craft drop rates are changed and it's not well received by everyone.
A bug was introduced along with it, resetting a part of progression for some players, and devs are fixing it. Some people were deeply annoyed about it.
The same update introduced Engineer/Priest nerfs, criticized by ruffled OPness abusers falsely claiming it was because of Versus.
And to answer about Versus/campaign balance:
Versus FAQ[forums.fatsharkgames.com]
In fact pvp resurrected this game with new players and old glory heroes playing again.
Misinformation on the internet? Why, I never!
Source?
Then join versus and look on the same talents and ult CD there.
For example lingering Flames of BW cant be picked in versus at all. Because there is no way to make it not opressive.
