Weave Illusions unlocked without owning the dlc.

I don't own the winds of magic dlc, but i found that some weave illusions were unlocked on my characters. The masterwork pistol and the Warrior priests great hammer. that's all i have found atm but i assume its just a bug from the recent update.

The skins you mentioned are the default unlocked weave weapons everyone gets when they first get access to the Weaves. If you were to check, you probably also have the Greatsword for Kruber or Crossbow for Bardin for example.

It is interesting though that you have access to them without owning the DLC. I wonder if this is intentional or a bug. It could be a way of enticing players to buy the dlc to unlock the other weapon skins.

Strange, i checked and i don't have either Kruber's greatsword or the crossbow for Bardin. I found that i have the illusion for Sienna's Soulstealer staff. i think its a bug tied with the dlc careers, but the only ones unlocked are the secondary weapons for those careers.

That's weird. Warrior Priest's Greathammer is his primary in the Weaves equipment system. Curious why it gave that to you then. Could very well be just an interaction with the DLC careers bugging with the new update. Regardless, enjoy the skins lol.

If its just single weapons that have the skin unlocked (and not all the skins from the specific career, like not from all OE or WP weapons) then that is 100% a bug
However if the bug is "I shouldnt have any weave skins" or "I should have only the DLC weave skins" that is for Fatshark to decide

Fatshark won't take that away anymore, it's not your fault...

we mistakenly received it with an update - and were allowed to keep it all.

The first time I logged on to play when the event started I already had all of the crimson weapon skins unlocked except for the one I wanted-- the falcion. Anybody know why that would be?

Are you sure these aren't from last year - same event?
