When you pull the lever, you block the water flow after a while. Follow it and you'll find the waterwheel, which is now stopped! If you drop down to the water wheel's level, you'll find a door across the water wheel which is now open, and a grimoire waiting inside!

1st grim and 1st tome in village
2nd tome on the way to cow camp
2nd grim and 3rd tome in cow camp
Can someone give me a hint please?
Yeah that one is a bit tricky. Tome location is
in the right lower part near the stairway's beginning on a balcony. Easy jumping puzzle, but it takes a bit to find it.
Do you mean the ones next to the fenced in pigs when you climb the stairs? You can get there with Sienna but last I checked there was nothing noteworthy.
