Remove all Toxic players with this one trick!!!!

Come to cataclysm Chaos Wastes. That's it, that's the trick. Below is a list of reasons, why Cata is the best difficulty to play. Again, I'm speaking specifically on behalf of Chaos wastes players, but I would imagine normal maps aren't much different. Hopefully.

The toxicity is much lower on cata I've found, due to the simple fact of the small playerbase on this difficulty. Even on peak hours, there's maybe 4-5 games going on. You can't come to cata, and be an ***hole. If so, you'll quickly find yourself playing a lot of games with bots, as you will end up on everyone's block list or no one will want to play with you. When you look at the lobby browser, and see 5 games going on all filled, and one guy with 1/4 on public, well you know why. :)

Going along with the above point, you are going to see the same handful of people over and over. With the cata population being so small, within a month or 2, you will "know" 80% of the people you're playing with. Rarely at this point do I meet a new name I don't at least recognize.

Most of the players on cata difficulty, have "beat the game" so to speak. We have all our achievements, challenges, and a good portion of us have every single red we could ever want, and are sitting on stacks of unopened chests. Im currently sitting at around 2500 chests i haven't opened, and lots of my friends are in this same boat. This is important because, WE DON'T NEED TO WIN. We are here to have fun. That's it. We are past the part of farming gear and leveling. If we wipe, its not a big deal. Reset and run it back.

Most CW cata players have no issue taking 5 mins between runs, or even between maps to help you with your build if you're new. We want new players to come to cata, so most people at this stage are helpful and friendly because we want you to stick around. We need a bigger playerbase.

So, don't worry about your level, or your gear. If you can get into cata CW, you're welcome. As stated above, most cata players don't care about wiping. It's to be expected at this difficulty. I've had runs where we failed the first map 3 times in a row. Some of my most fun games have been runs that failed. So don't be shy, hope into a cata CW run, say hi. Don't be afraid to talk. Even if you don't have a mic, type away. Make friends, have fun, learn new builds, wipe it up and run it back. Feel free to add me, I am on most evenings, and will happily bring a handful of new people with me through the fun that is cata CW.

Another + to cata, we dont care about friendly fire. At this point we understand its part of the game, its gonna happen, and happen a lot. As long as you arent putting bounty hunter ultimates into our backs constantly, you will usually not hear a word about FF.

The game usually crashes if you open to many vaults at a time. At least it does for me and everybody I played with. You don't even need that many vaults. I'd bet that it crashes at least once in the first 100.

Legend players are for the most part, the most toxic group in this game. They are at the point where they think they are amazing, and this is where i usually see the "hero" running ahead, trying to solo everything. Skipping books in normal runs, missing coins in chaos wastes.

you have to remember bad players and new players are allergic to windos of magic and beastmen and you have to remember toxic players change their behaviors for insane reasons.

they are a smaller group of people and they know you have the beastmen dlc and play cata so they are less likely to afk and be dead weight. the instant they drop to legend or lower they get obviously bored and play according to such a poor mentality or leave out right because of what ever insane reasoning they are using.

Another point that i forgot to mention, like you said with WoM. the fact that cata is behind a paywall is something i find to be ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. I love this game, and i love the fact that all these maps come out for free/cheap thanks to the people spending money in the cosmetic shop. But i feel 100% that they have made enough on the cosmetics, they need to open it up and make it free for a weekend. Let your loyal players who cant do cata, get into it for free.

they need vt3 at that point and as someone fatshark is alienating i and anyone like me wont be showing up for it. we are burnt out on games with terrible communities.

my first and foremost point has always been if you are so burnt out that you are half assing you need a break and there are plenty of things to play if you dont wanna stop gaming and most developers have half a dozen games so you dont even need to swap developers. there really is no reason to keep sand bagging the way people do or dog pile in the forums when people point it out and they do dog pile here. its amazing that the bad actors arent here yet. guess their bans in other forums ran out and they left.

another point is most of the player base for twwh like vermintide have huge over laps in what they play.

Yep, perhaps one of the most unhinged people on the forum right now.
Month ban, comes back says, Fatshark and Steam are in a shadowy cabal situation and banning people that ARENT the problem and breaking their own rules.
Then goes immediately back on to attack everyone around them, often for things they didnt actually do, while still saying literally everyone else is the problem. Repeating the exact same behavior.

It is the same for me. Since CW release, i will never go back to the boring mode. I already played CW over 1500h and got almost 3k chest. I am sure, there are players with much more chest than i have.
I always host the game. I never rage quit as host and rarely, i have to put someone on the banlist.

I'm not spending $20 on a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ DLC just to be able to play Cat. While I'd love to give it a try, I do not want to do so *that* badly.
