Near everyone in Warhammer is a racist. Saltzpyre is actually shunned by his order for being LESS racist and willing to work with dwarves and elves. Even friendly relations between dwarves and humans are usually of the "I like you, BUT you're a..." sort.

Vermintide's a good game on its own merits, but Warhammer makes me cringe. This is supposed to be a fantasy, did they even know what a fantasy entails? Idealization, romanticism, escapism, etc. Apparently, they didn't.

Anyway, I have legit wishes that this had been a LotR game instead, but whatever.

well, they are.

They expect dawi to be stubborn, grudge-bearing, good with technology and stoic on battlefield.

UNless you use some miriam-wokester deifintion of racism like "systemic racism" circular BS, that have 0 value and no meaning.

Racism is not some insult. It have meaning. It means, that you are judjung people based on their race. Both bad (black people are stupid. All whites are opressors), but also good one (blacks cant be racist, aryans are superior).

To my knowledge - yes. And that makes them racist.

As anecdotal evidence - there were one dialogue between saltzy and bardin, where they are bickering which way of doing things better, human or dawi.
