Join a legend game that's been running for about 20 minutes.

The Screaming Bell is pretty short. The only event that takes time is knocking the bell down. The rest is a straight shot.

I find Against the Grain pretty straightforward too.

Don’t know if it’s just me but I find Skittergate legend to be pretty easy.

i found CW runs to be best for it in time per chest output.

A bit of a lottery tho. When hosting it takes forever to fill a group, and joining from quickplay will pretty often see the host get angry at dying to trial chest and aborting the run.

we talking about legend here. You can finish it solo w/o even trials to get reliable 3 legend chests in around 40 minutes.

P.S. More than that, even if you fail on a way, you still get vault that have chance of red item. Unlike campaign maps, that have all the same issues but w/o such guarantee. So if you not skillfull enough to reliably finish maps, CW become better choice too.

Cause it is not about experience? Weird take. Also if you are not that good to reliably win legend runs you hae bigger concerns, than to farm reds, so you ownt be in this position in a first place... unless you are absolutely stupid. In this case, this whole discussion become meaningless, since inability to apply any good advice on practice would make this advice mute.

Aaaaanyway, as i said, if you are not good enough to reliably finish legend runs, CW is better again, due to the fact, that you got guaranteed vault. If you are somewhat above monkey level and can win legend runs on campaign maps from time to time, you will find it easy to win first 2 maps on CW legend, as they are easier, than normal legend, even if you play solo with bots.

Soloing the highest non-paywalled difficulty level of a 4-man coop game is not about experience? Mmmmmkay. Sure. I wonder what is it about, then.

Full book run on legend plus 2 loot dice guarantees a general's vault. 6 dice and full books always yield an emperor 's vault. Quick play bonus counts as 2 dice.

You have in this very game tons of people with thousands of hours in game blaming teammates for failed legend runs.

Do they got experience? Hell yeah! A lot of it. Does it help them? No.

You can have lege completed by a lot of different ways. Planning, or playing carefully. Building up bots for exact YOUR career to compliment, learning via guides or just exploiting easy to use combo (like BW with double walk and fire sword) and so on. THose are just most popular.

ANd i coudl actually just answer you with one string: ofc it is not about experience. It is only about skill.

But that would be unnecesserily rude. And we again deviated from main point - fast way to farm reds. And it also means practical. In that regards i definetly think CW is better, as any issue you can come up with would also apply to campaign map. With exception of exploits, that is different story. But exploits... well, if you go that route why not just play on modded to begin with? And if you want to dcieve your fellow players, i have no desire to help you in any capacity.

the hardest part about the game is the special's, regardless of difficulty they're what usually end the runs. Easy maps are as you said, screaming bell or against the grain, bring a shade and ranger bardin with the clockwork pistol to melt the bosses and just run, shade can solo the pats with the backstab invis mechanic. Also on screaming bell you just go different ways to knock the bell down, and you can just run past the boss once he jumps up as well

By far the easiest and fastest way to farm reds are double vault deed speed runs with OOB exploits which can yield more than 30 vaults per hour (20 Empt vaults + 10 junk quality lootboxes of whatever difficulty you play on) if you're good at it. Without OOB exploits you can get about 6-15 vaults per hour. Those are fairly hard to do consistently, but it's great Handmaiden evasiveness training.

Normal Legend deed runs yield about 3-6 vaults per hour. Here the quality depends on the deed and whether or not you pair those runs up with books or twitch. Some deeds hardly add any extra difficulty to the game (e.g. plain nurgle rot or no ammo pickup for party compositions who don't need ammo anyway), so it's basically a free extra low quality vault on top of your regular Campaign matches. Others make the game significantly harder, but also yield high quality vaults.

Legend CW vaults probably yield about 4 high quality emperor vaults per hour, though I'm not sure how much time you actually need to complete a CW run on Legend. I'm assuming an average campaign time of a bit less than an hour here. It's my understanding this is the easiest and most efficient way to gain loot with regular gameplay

Regular Campaign Legend runs yield a bit less than 2 vaults per hour. Quality depends on whether or not you take books and/or enable twitch for extra dice.
