No. Or at least some of them work. I know the 2hp for the party when a tag special dies works if the other teammate tagged them

they dont even have to be tagged for that to work. it's when a tagable enemy dies, not a tagged one.

Passive works for everyone, as intended.

2 of lvl 15 talents works for victor only, as intended.

but all lvl 15 talents procs even w/o tag itself, jsut by killing taggable enemyб which is not intended and is only bugged part.

They could make it a requirement to have tagged 1000 enemies on veteran before they allow people to move on to higher difficulties but pugs still wouldn't tag.

Yet again, my own ignorance at play here... but about a month ago, there were several threads showing that the damage bonus only applied to the WHC's ping itself, not from other people pinging.

Has this changed recently?

How is he subpar to everything else? You one shot everything on Legend. You give the team 20% damage boost to taggable enemies, you have a clutch team saving career skill that is reliably up with resourceful combatant. You have the Dodge distance Talent so that's all you need for defense. You will never run out of ammo for your crossbow as long as you crit at least once in 15 shots.

In order to be subpar to another career, they would have to zero shot enemies.
