Forgotten Relics Skins

Why are those skins exclusive to Chaos Wastes? The ones avaiable in adventure mode also look like crap, being white skins with some glowy stuff slapped on. It's of course not the first time fatshark half arsed red illlusions for weapons. I just ask "Why Fatshark?".

Hedge did say somewhere that most Chaos Waste illusion will be game wide, they have just not had the time to do it yet

You'd have to check to be certain; but I believe those are the same models as the guns from weaves, So maybe that's how they're putting weave illusions into rotation is they'll drop in CW?
