What is a man-sized enemy?
Are the small chaos-warriors men-sized? What about the red rats with long lences?

Chaos warriors in full armor are not man-sized. The not-so-armored ones, I do not know.
Rats are all considered man-sized.
Except rat ogres and such, of course.

basically the trash mobs, i remember a loading screen saying that chaos warriors (big guys) arent "man-sized" ... not sure about stormvermin but i'd guess they dont count too

They do. I once killed a Stormvermin at range with a critical headshot with Witch Hunter Captain Saltzpyre's worthless rapier pistol, meaning that they count as man-sized.
