I know fatshark has their own little private portrait that they show off in their streams, but other than that, I can't think of anything else that they have added officially that matches a dragon description. Sorry I couldn't help :(

Since that frame isn't in official (or at least it doesn't seem to have been formally announced to be) I had no idea what you were describing, but looks like a pretty apt description now.

Ultimately some will be pending approval by GW so can't be released but others are probably being held back to masquerade as new content. That said vermintide 1 had an abundance of skins, weapons and cut features buried in the code at varying levels of completion that never saw the light of day outside of heavy modding and mining :/
