Maximum number of players?

Our gaming group is quite large and we frequently run up against small game player limits of 4. Does this game support more than four players?

Just 4 unfortunately.
Edit:There are however unsanctioned mods that can be used to increase the limit but obviously you can only use it in modded realm(no progression saved)

I wonder why they do that. I have a ton of controllers hooked up to my gaming rig and we LAN frequently, too. What about online multiplayer? Sill just four?

We used to play A TON of MMOs. CSGO and Minecraft more recently.

Because they are set characters rhst are unique to the world with their own stories.
It simply is not Loreful and goes against the principes of Games Workshop.

Oh and ofc balancing issues, that whole stuff would need another 2 new difficulties at least.

You can use a mod to give yourself any item that you want so progress isnt that important.
I don't think there is a mod to make characters lvl 30 so you might have to gind out a few games in the normal realm if you want to. I know there is a mod that unlocks every talent though, which is sort of the same.

but yeah. just use the mods, problem solved.
