However I'd much rather they implement ingame damage numbers.
All the dummy shenanigans could be solved if they sanctioned a damage number mod or incorperated damage numbers into the base game. Otherwise, a wider variety of dummies to test on would be helpful.
Dummies don't have race, they won't show you your real weapon cleave and stagger, won't move around so you can practive shooting a moving target, don't react to pushes, don't hit you so you can practice dodges, blocks and parry... and real situations when you need "CW Dummy" is for testing breakpoints and damage, so they are really rare.
