You mean the axe and falchion? Personally I use rapier and pistols on BH, so I'm just constantly loaded with ammo, and gave the AnF to Witch Hunter since I wanted to do a bit of Bloodborne cosplay but uh...the axe speed wasn't cutting it, puntended. With the latter Witch Cap feels like he's able to hold his own in melee while also being a great ranger support class.

Rapier on WHC, all day, every day. Completely risk-free monk kills due to the offhand pistol? Yes, please.

That career also has excellent headshot synergy and the rapier is one of the best headshotting melee weapons in the game.

Between those two I would choose the rapier, those headshots can get real meaty. Personally though I use the billhook, I love its staggers and it still has good headshotting capabilities.

Also like Ooorgle said the rapier synergizes extremely well with Witch Hunter. You can easily exterminate entire patrols with ult + light attack headshots and the attack speed is great for stacking bleed if you like using that talent (which I do).

WHC is a secret boss killer too. Can do as much damage as shade to bosses with 40% crit power, crits only ult + charged headshots. Just spam poke at their head.
