Red flaming flail for Sienna

DLC weapons do not come from chests, so there's no way to get a red flaming flail without upgrading it with red dust.

I don't have any DLC yet so forgive my ignorance, but don't DLC weapons usually have an Okri's Challenge to obtain the red version? Or is that only for the weapon illusion?
