New Cosmetics: a complete joke.

What are you doing Fatshark?
1. You release season 2 of WoM, creating Lohner's Emporium and most cosmetics are labelled with the tag "expires of February 16th", but it's a LIE 'cos all those cosmetics are still available.
2. Knowing this, I was expecting an entirely new crop of cosmetics this week; but, all I got was 5 hats that were priced at an insane level:

Huntsman - Outlaw's crest, 2910 shillings
Handmaiden - Mask of the Chaste, 2640 shillings
Battle Wizard - 5-fold flame, 2730 shillings
Pyromancer - Gilded candlegate, 2910 shillings
Unchained - Inferno circlet, 2730 shillings
= 13,920 shillings or 36.15 weeks to acquire if you own all DLCs and complete all daily quests.
I thought the commendation chest system was grindy, but this takes the freaking biscuit.

Worse still, NO new cosmetics for Bardin or Saltzspyre - WTF!!! Does it really take 2 months to create 5 hats or have you just given up on this game altogether?

Not yet home but damn - why artificially pump the prices? It's not like you (devs) benefit from that in any way, it doesn't encourage me to buy real money cosmetics, it doesn't encourage me to play more (fixed weekly Shillings amount). New quality is fine if it's justified and from what I read here most of new cosmetics aren't even that different/outstanding from the rest.

Players cannot game the system since you can earn fixed amount of Shillings each week... Prices were tweaked on release, that's fine, first new drop and they are close to collectively being more worth than existing hats.

What's next? New cosmetics quality worth five-digit figures? Beta tests of the Emporium are over, don't change/add new rules shortly after release.

Some of the items are not bad but it feels like they added an extra 0 to those prices. They should make daily quests give at least 25/30 Shillings and Weekly ones should give ~100 Shillings for those prices to make any sense.

Don't forget that ALL these cosmetics were in the files almost since the game release except for real money ones.

The time required to get all these is insane. It's just a spit on cosmetic collectors' faces.

April's first is early this year.
15 hats for the price of 2 game copies.
No color matching.
Low diversity (looking at kerillian's hats, some are just the same models with a tiny difference)
And now. Looking at kerillian's GREAT new headpiece, priced at an insanely high pricepoint...
Also, I was expecting at LEAST 15 new cosmetics (it's not that hard, they are in the game files :p)

I am disappointed :l I hope VT3's in the ropes :)

No idea if FS is somehow irradiated or they eat strange mushrooms - but THAT is simply ridiculous what they are offering to us.

I hate to have bad words against FS - but they brought out something that doesn't work.

Bugs back and forth - you can forgive everything: but the constant promises of what we (can) get - slowly the troop and the whole thing becomes unbelievable.

Honestly, these ridiculous prices put a bad taste in the player's mouth and makes us hate EVERYTHING about the store. If it's a boring, long-winded grind for ONE mediocre hat? Then I don't want ANY of the hats, not even the cheap ones, it even makes me want to play the entire game a little bit less. Just because it's awful.

I really have to laugh thinking back on the official release of season 2. Here are your 2000 shillings for having the DLC and being a loyal costumer. Well isn't that nice, those 2000 shillings must have been easily given with those new hat prices already in mind. Makes the shilling 'gift' seem retroactively ♥♥♥♥ too...

Thanks for your feedback folks. For now, we will remove those hats from the emporium and introduce 5 different weapon illusions in their place. This should happen in the coming hour or two.

Anyone who has purchased a hat will be out of pocket for a short time whilst we work to refund the purchase and remove the item ahead of reintroducing it/them in a future update at a revised cost.
