Kruber's New weapon mace and sword...
Actually not that bad so far in my use. A little awkward but i actually like it.

A spiked mace and a shortsword rather than a longsword, it actually feels kinda proper on Huntsman alongside a bow.

Not bad. Defintely need to get more used to it though.

Probably works best on huntsman too. Its biggest drawback is really ♥♥♥♥ armor penetration (although the lights knock stormvermin all over the place and IIRC stagger cw's) which can be remedied quite easily with a handgun or empire longbow.

Not a BiS for sure but pretty fun and viable IMO

Seems like the charged attack and push attack are bugged, deals the exact same damage as a light attack, and FKs Build Momentum talent does not trigger on a charged attack... hence I beleive its bugged, and not working as a heavy attack.

That does make sense. The charged attacks feel totally useless although the pushstab seems to have lots of cleave so I found it decent for the purpose of spamming pushstabs into hordes for faster clearing.

That would be a nice revelation though and to have that patched so I can justify using them on fk/merc so I can actually kill elites :P

I agree with this as well. Nevermind the push attack just being dual swords power attack which is kinda lame. Not gonna lie, i kinda wanted it to be a block with the sword then as the push attack have you slam in as a quick overhead with the mace then facestab immediately after with the sword.

But yeah it could use some touching up.

Choose one answer
1. You play recruit
2. You outsource every Chaos Warrior to you personal slave Zealot/Shade/Slayer
3. You like to dodge Chaos Warriors forever and beg for crits.

Actually i play Champion and Legend thank you. Nothing Else. Every one of my characters is above 25 and the missions i have done so far on Legend i have done with ONLY bots at my side. No players at all which requires a lot more work.

I do champion for "casual" play for now until i finish getting them all to 30 and optimizing their kits a bit. Plus i want to finish all Legend maps with only bots before i head into full party play on Legend.

Nice try though.

Shortsword + spikey mace have max style points along with dual hammers and rapier.
I have played this game long enough and min maxed to the n'th degree to now realize after 600 hours that style wins games.

Played on legend and the weapon is garbage atm.
The mace has AP but the sword no,so in the charged attack the 1st strike has no ap (sword first) but the 2nd does (first the mace on the animation).
It seems a crappy version of slayer's dual axes without the AP and with even less range if possible... soooo yeah it's almost useless.
But i guess on recruit is a blast to use

I used it on champion to decent effect but as others mentioned it seems the push attack and the charge attacks seem to be bugged and have the wrong damage.

I think it will be great once they actually fix it up.

I've been using it on Legend and I've found a power attack, followed by 3 light attacks generally kills a SV. There seems to be a breakpoint I'm hitting with 18% damage vs skaven.

The charge attack seems to headshot so when the damage isn't bugged anymore, i think it will be pretty nice for that.

It's more that you deal 2 strikes straight 0.05 seconds into combat, which is slightly quicker than light attacks. I haven't checked to see if heavy and light attacks still deal the same damage

Ill probably test it more myself , switch up my build and try.

I've only tried the axe and falchion for Saltzpyre on WHC. I definately didn't like it as much as rapier. Not that it wasn't "good" it can definitely kill, I just like the feel of the rapier more. I'm sure it's gonna be rindokulus on zealot though.

It still feels bizarre but in champion i can insta kill SVs if i crit with the charged attack other it takes a charge and a push attack aimed at the head.

Its actually becoming my favorite weapon for Kruber now.

But i still need to switch to legend and do it there which is a different beast.

My build currently is running armored and chaos % for power.

Yeah i don't really want that one, i rather stick to axe or flail. I don't use rapier all that much tbh.
