I've read both beta patch notes, at least skipped over them. So I do know what they have changed. But to me it seems that I can't build up any temp HP.
To put it simply I don't see the things I read in the notes in the actual game.
This tells me that I misunderstood something, but I can't figure out what.
its dumb.
Just now I tried Grudge-Bone, HP on kill, with 2h axe worked quite decent. But initially I asked about Rock-Breaker, on stagger.
On push really? That seems so unintuitive. Does it anything on light or charged attacks?
edit: Ok, with push it works. Would have tried that last, to be honest. Thank you for enlightening me.
It works on stagger, the more enemies you stagger and the more you stagger them by, the more temp hp you get. Its just that pushing staggers alot of enemies by alot.
Not anymore. No wyou got max 5 with high stagger (push of shield) vs ♥♥♥♥, with 1h hammer max i saw is 3 hp per push of a horde.
It does not mean "weak".
THP per kill depend on a HP of enemy you killed. So if youy want get that THP from slaverats, equip weapon that do kill a lot of enemies per swing (2h axe). If you use smth like 1h hammer - focu on big ones, but better use THP on stagger, cause you hgaave CC weapon, lel.
5 hp per swing into horde now.
And i literally just said you - TAKE THE RIGHT WEAPON, jeez. I played yesterday with 2h axe on IB and THP supply was sufficient to not care about any HP items on a map.
If that means "weak" - then i guess you need to learn how to avoid DMG and stop facetank.
Also - slaerat gives you about 0,5 THP, as far as i played. ANd since you start degenerating THP only 3 seconds after...
I mean... wha tyou do wrong, can you assume? XD
P.S.
This video was recorded before fix#1, so here THPO start to degenerate 1 second after gaining, not 3. And also i run wrong build (15% crit with opportunist, instead of 10% aspeed) And even THEN i did not care about healings.

Can it be useful? sure, but not like stagger is, or even cleave.
Sigh...And i specifically pointed that... Alright, i give up. If you want old THP shower to make horde your healthpack... you would never get what i talk about, i guess.
Thanksfullty FS had enough balls to not listen to guys like you.
