DLC - does it give cosmetics when you buy or just the option to unlock more cosmetics?

You receive Cosmetics via Bögenhafen Chests. You earn them by completing Okri Challenges, as much as are available, and from then on on a weekly basis, you receive Bögenhafen Quests, which reward you one chest per week.

Correction. Three chests per week not one. And the challenges are very easy to acomplish... Also to note all items received from bogenhafen are never going to be a duplicate.

But cosmetics dont drop from the chests from challenges, completed those, opened chests and nothing.

Then you are clearly doing the wrong challenges. The weekly bogenhafen challenges are always 100% guaranteed a bogenhafen cosmetic reward per chest.

I don't even have any weekly ones in my list... :/

The Bogenhafen chests will only drop one item each, but they are always guaranteed to be either a legendary clothing cosmetic or a veteran weapon cosmetic.

Regular quests are daily, DLC quests are weekly.

Okay.

Each career gets a cosmetic hat unlock for buying the DLC. You have to have the career unlocked to get the hat.

There are new Okris challenges that reward a Bogen Box.

There are three weekly quests that reset once a week. Each weekly rewards one Bogen Box.

The Bogen boxes always drop either a cosmetic skin, a cosmetic hat, or a verteran weapon ILLUSION. The illusions need to be applied to a weapon and they glow purple instead of blue.

NOTE: The Bogen Box drops are random. For example if you open a Bogen Box on Kruber you may get a cosmetic skin for Bardin.

also you cant get duplicate drops from bogenhafen that means that sooner or later you will have all drops from the boxes (i guess then you either start to get duplicate illusions or they will find new purpose for that dlc)

So from reading the above, there are Bogenhafen weekly quests I should be doing to collect cosmetics. But the only weekly quests I have are the ones in the Quests menu that give shillings. I don't see anything that drops Bogen boxes.

Is this challenge no longer obtainable?

With the introduction of Lohner's Emporium, Bögenhafen's cosmetics were moved from being unlocked from boxes, to being unlocked from the emporium.

Bögenhafen's cosmetics are the only cosmetics in the emporium that cost exactly 50 shillings, and each weekly quest gives 50 shillings, so it's kind of the same (except it's even easier because we have more weekly quests now than we did before, and because you can pick exactly which cosmetic you get each time).

So, tl;dr, you complete the 0/84 okri challenge by unlocking all 84 cosmetics from lohner's emporium directly.
