no xp when playing with mods?

does anybody else not get xp upon finishing a mission when playing with mods? or am i just bugged

No, that is obviously intended, as mods are considered cheats in the unmodded realm.
This has been said numerous times already that you wont recieve reward for completing a map.

You have to wait for sanctioned mods.

Pretty sure it mentioned that in the changelog. You don't get items or XP when mods are active which in my opinion makes sense because you could just mod your game to make runs very easy and give you lots of rewards and chests if that was possible and that would be no different from "cheating" in my opinion...

Are they intended to have "approved" mods that can be used in the official realm? Stuff like the QoL mod from VT1 which was basically mandatory and contained no cheats. Because otherwise the mod realm will be dead on launch.
