Stamina vs Block cost reduction
So i was wondering what is considered better / how much stamina do i need to have for block reduction to be better?
all based on the highest possible neck roll of 2.0 stamina vs 30% cost reduction

My ironbreaker has 7 shields with his 7 stamina weapon
on the weapon it doesnt state how much stamina it has, but how many shields. so if the weapon says "3 block" it basically gives you 6 stamina

Now that you say it. I remember some damaged shield icons

A bit of math:
we have 30% stamina cost reduction for block, its increase value of each stamina bar to 130%.
So if we have 1 stamina bar with reduction they gona be equal to 1.3 bars of stamina ( 2 - 2.6; 3 - 3,9; 4 - 5.2; 5 - 6.5; 6 - 7.8; 7 - 9.1 etc)
Only if you have 7+ stamina, "stamina cost reduction" for block gona give more effective amount of stamina than just simply +2 bars of stamina.
BUT everything above is have sense cnd can be true if your character have 0% of stamina regeneration, even base stamina regeneration matters.
Each % of stamina regeneration devalues maximum amount of stamina and massively increase stamina cost reduction value.
So we just need to know how fast is base stamina regeneration and if there differences for each class withous passives.
This is exactly what I was thinking. Theres basically a point somewhere where block cost % is more beneficial over straight up stamina stats. Also, I'm guessing I already know the answer for this, but stamina doesn't regeneration in combat, right? Its only after X amount of time after combat?

Also, does anyone know if heavy blows from Chaos Warriors/Marauders blow -all- stamina regardless of the amount of stamina you have? I've also noticed bosses like chaos spawn can damage you through a block without having to break it.

Stamina regenerate in combat/active blocking, but if you push, the regen will reset and restart in about ~2 sec.

in summary i would say, stacking a one sided propertie depends on the weapon trait...

provided you get a necklace with +20% Health

The Ironwall (just block and evade/if possible parry heavy attacks):
Off Balance -> stack block cost reduction to 60% and get +2stamina or +30% block/push strenght

The Shovel Tank (shieldbash-> push+shovelhit-> shieldbash):
Opportunist -> stack stamina to +4 and get +30% block cost reduction or +30% block/push

Stamina is shields, shows when you block.

And 1 shield are 2 Stamina, if you have like 5 Stamina you have 2 full shileds and 1 crumbled.
