Report a translation problem
A Troll hit me with a wide swing. I was able to block it, but was sent flying towards the ledge.
Just before i dropped of the ledge, i was able to get my charge off. I was already moving forward, on solid ground, but game said nope, didn't count and teleported me back 3 meters, just so i could hang on the ledge.
And it wasn't just a desync. The other players saw it and confirmed it happened on their end too.
Necro. Also, p sure FK charge doesn't ignore launching attacks like that until their duration is done. So it lasts as long as it normally would, albeit, in other instances you just don't notice the length of your own charge by comparison.
If you constantly find yourself fighting next to ledges, thats a massive skill issue. It most of the time means you are running at enemies with your brain turned off and not thinking about kiting at all.
A lot of randoms do this, they have no clue where to stand and which direction to kite. This also punishes your teammates who knows where they should stand aswell because you are pulling parts of horde to stupid places.
This is unironically 50% of skill this game requires, positioning and map knowledge, like knowing loops etc.
IMPORTANT NOTE THO
This complaint is a little bit more understandable for chaos wastes since maps are 90% ledges in there. But still with enough awareness and positioning you should be fine.
And if you would actually have read through the earlier posts instead of just throwing the standard "skill issue/git gud" comment here, you would have realized that the problem is, that player fall of ledges when they shouldn't.
I was teleported backwards to hang on the ledge, after i already moved away from it. Not because i didn't look and fell off.
