Ledges are kinda broken
I've been wiped a couple too many times due to team members or myself falling off a ledge, largely because of random chance or even glitchy edges, I have been stuck hanging 10 feet above the ground while my team was on the other side of a barrier with no way to save me. Before that I was on the level with the destroyed buildings on the face of a cliff and a "chaos spawn" spawned on said cliff and immediately knocked three of us off the edge... The other died shortly after.

I think they should add the ability to very slowly pull yourself up if no one is in your proximity. That way when my character grabs a ledge instead of dropping down 10 feet, I don't die. Another problem I have with the ledge mechanics is sometimes when you get tossed you don't grab the ledge you were knocked off of instead you snap to a ledge across the way which can be out of reach.

PS. This game is sick and I only share because I care ;)

I had a ledge suck off the bot from the bridge he was walking on. The next bot went to help him and also found himself hanging on. The third bot did the same just before the first player joined to replace him. I cautiously approached the edge and got the first bot up. However, as the bot stood up he immediately got pulled to the edge again. Perplexed I moved a tiny bit...and found myself on the edge with them. The game ended in defeat because the edge sucked all of us off the bridge.

I like that in battle you can fall off the edge and die, but hanging there, alone one pull up away from safety and not being able to do it is a little annoying.

Very glitchy ledges on 'Parting the Waves' and 'Karak Azgaraz'. Very unfair very lame litteraly sucky cause some can suck you up. (ledgebox? hitbox? suckbox? idk what to call them but I don't enjoy these holes if you find them glorious you must be a masochist.

Yeah, sometimes the ledge even ignores abilities. Final arena in the Citadel. Was playing Footknight.
A Troll hit me with a wide swing. I was able to block it, but was sent flying towards the ledge.
Just before i dropped of the ledge, i was able to get my charge off. I was already moving forward, on solid ground, but game said nope, didn't count and teleported me back 3 meters, just so i could hang on the ledge.
And it wasn't just a desync. The other players saw it and confirmed it happened on their end too.

Necro. Also, p sure FK charge doesn't ignore launching attacks like that until their duration is done. So it lasts as long as it normally would, albeit, in other instances you just don't notice the length of your own charge by comparison.

This is a problem with players not paying attention to where they are fighting.

If you constantly find yourself fighting next to ledges, thats a massive skill issue. It most of the time means you are running at enemies with your brain turned off and not thinking about kiting at all.

A lot of randoms do this, they have no clue where to stand and which direction to kite. This also punishes your teammates who knows where they should stand aswell because you are pulling parts of horde to stupid places.

This is unironically 50% of skill this game requires, positioning and map knowledge, like knowing loops etc.

IMPORTANT NOTE THO

This complaint is a little bit more understandable for chaos wastes since maps are 90% ledges in there. But still with enough awareness and positioning you should be fine.

And if you would actually have read through the earlier posts instead of just throwing the standard "skill issue/git gud" comment here, you would have realized that the problem is, that player fall of ledges when they shouldn't.
I was teleported backwards to hang on the ledge, after i already moved away from it. Not because i didn't look and fell off.
