Where is the dwaft' bed?

Should be next to the elf's one, appearently it's gone, what happened?

Everyone gets a room when they reach 10, except elf.

Once you reach level 10 with a character they get their own room in the Keep. The Dwarfs room at level 10 is out near the Forge (Kruber's is within the armoury; Kerillian's is outside near the training dummies; Sienna's is inside, up one level near the bookcases, above the entrance; Saltzpyre's is in the lower part of the Keep.) The character rooms are in the general direction of where they temporary (level 1-9) bed was.

Theoretically the elf DOES get a room, it's outside near the training dummy. I wouldn't call it a room though, it's more of a bug out shelter.

Why would a wood elf want a bedroom that's inside? Lol.
