My fix for .dll related launch error

I had a problem with missing dll files when launching this game like many of you are. A quick Youtube search told me about https://www.dll-files.com. Go there and search for the following dll files:

CONCRT140.DLL
MSVCP140.DLL
VCRUNTIME140.DLL

I stuck them in the following path
Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\binaries

Ensure to restart to make sure the fix sticks. I hope this helps everyone.

Didn't work for me. I took the DLLs from a different site (the one you linked forces you to install some software) and the game's anticheat blocked them ("file is not trusted").

What worked for me for the VC error was installing everything available here :

This is the proper way yep. Those DLLs all point to Visual Studio so it's best to repair or reinstall the Visual redists.

When you click that link, scroll down to where it says "Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019"; then, a little further down below, click the link for x64: vc_redist.x64
