Sounds to me like the high-pitched one is saying "Cleansing winds of pestilent fog, a kiss of contagion on your cheek! Ah, generous gifts to you enhance your physique!"

I see I was mistaken in thinking there were two blightstormers speaking, but would like to add that it sounds like another word (cleansing, I think, but only the "nsing" is really clear) is layered underneath it.

On that note, I'd like to congratulate Fatshark on creating a really funny type of enemy. Their behaviour, visuals and audio are all quite entertaining - these Blightstormers are definitely among my favorite specials.

Ah, interesting.. didn't catch that the pitch change was still the same blightstormer talking.
Upon listening closely I hear that quick 'swirling' at the beginning, but I hear a hard sound underneath it, in a lower pitch. It sounds like speech, but perhaps it's part of the distortion?
