"Buboes, phlegm, blood and guts! Boils, bogeys, rot and pus! Blisters, fevers, weeping sores! From your wounds the fester pours."
Source: Warhammer Fantasy wiki.
He's singing something definitely different in this clip:

EDIT: As per Kunnin Planz' post,
I see I was mistaken in thinking there were two blightstormers speaking, but would like to add that it sounds like another word (cleansing, I think, but only the "nsing" is really clear) is layered underneath it.
Reveal thine secrets. Pull up the ol' Blightstormer.txt
BLIGHT, BLIGHT, BLIGHT!!"
"One moment!" *fwoosh - followed by maniacal cackling*
It has more than that:
MAELSTROM!x2 BLIGHT!x3
Something with handkerchiefs.
SUCCULENT VITALITY!
"Swirling winds of pestilence, I fare thee well... a kiss of contagion on your cheek! Ah, generous gifts to you enhance your physique."
Upon listening closely I hear that quick 'swirling' at the beginning, but I hear a hard sound underneath it, in a lower pitch. It sounds like speech, but perhaps it's part of the distortion?
In any case, thanks much.
