Pretty much this imo.
Shadows over Burgertown is disappointing and only worth it if you want cosmetics to grind over a number of months with the weekly events. Trailer sets up Chaos Warlords to encounter as a boss(es) but doesn't have anything as a climax so it ends up being a let down. Level design for the two maps while they look pretty good they aren't designed well when it comes to layout/length/darkness.
Back to Ubersreik is a solid DLC.
Winds of Magic is underdeveloped and not worth the price the developers set. Only 1 level with the same problem as Shadows over Burgertown when it comes to the trailer setting up a possible enemy but yielding nothing in the end except a monster. Beastmen faction only has 1 monster, 1 elite and 1 special which to me feels incomplete + the enemies are rather over tuned atm.
Weaves game mode is already being exploited by players, it will be difficult to find a party due to base game maps +120 weaves which are generally mini maps. They are also seasonal so you'd have to grind everything over again when Failshark decides to upend the whole thing for fun. Only true positive would be the weapons and perhaps Cataclysm difficulty.
Winds of Magic only reminds me of what we could have gotten when it comes more maps and a fully fleshed faction rather then half baked.
No, fatshark ruined the game, they never fixed old bugs and now introduced new ones. They destroyed the fun feeling of combat into a slow slogfest. New content is NOT worth 17 euros (winds of magic) the other dlcs are just cashgrabs not worth their asking price either.
To be fair I think it's worth picking up the DLC if they are heavily on sale. I bought SoB and BtU when they released but back then I had a slight hope the devs would get better at content release and communication. This is why I'll wait for a large sale on Winds of Magic before even considering getting it.
