How do I unlock cataclysm difficulty?

So i'm a bit confused. I have beaten all the lords on legendary with Ironbreaker and yet it's telling me I haven't to switch to cata mode.

Do you have to beat all the bosses with each individual class and character or something?

It mentions all lords must be defeated which means bosses which Dark Omen does not have. :/

Just to be clear, have you beaten them since the update, or only before? Because it doesn't count past progression. You need to beat them on Legend again on the new patch.

I haven't beaten them since the patch no. Feels like it kind of undermines all the effort i've done before the update then. Kind of stupid I have to beat them ALL again on legendary.
