Movement and speed

I tried the serious sam version where linear motion works, It's great !
But it still makes you sick after a while. I noticed two things that makes you sick.

The first one is that the movement is way to fast. It's not running, it's more flying, Or running with 30m/hour. The speed is really way to high still for VR !

The second problem is that when you move or want tp move and you place your thumb wrong you get a unexpected fast movement to that direction. If you do that long enough it really forces you out of the HMD. That's around 30min for me now.

Sadly i cannot set the maximum run speed in serious sam !?
Would be nice if we can set that to test what works best.

Not sure why thmb press on the controller in angle of 45 degree from top gives soemtime very fast movement. It's possible because the center dead spot is not big enough and you press you thumb to high on the pad in combination with the way to high movement speed in VR

And no, i do not go use the teleport option, that's not working in FPS game. Try to move and shoot at the same time. It's a fail with Teleport.

You should br able to adjust the running speed and trackpad sensitivity in the VR options menu. Does that not work for you?

lol wow i guess i'm one of the few who thinks this update felt slower but i was thinking that was because of the forward lock to play space now which i love. i am getting use to the slower speed if you guys did slow it down if not then i just got use to the fast speed and now it just feel like i can go faster. i moved strafe speed to the fastiest to see if that helps

Nothing was (supposed to be) slowed down. You're probably just getting used to it. If not, it's a bug.

That's the first thing i tried in the options, the slow movement down. But i do not have the feeling it (always) work.

To double check it, what settings are changing the speed ?
