Saints Row the third Full package - is everything unlocked from the start?
I'm considering buying the pack that contains all DLCs, but I need to know some things before. I know that the DLCs can't be turned off once bought, and that two "cheating" DLCs (Bloodsuckers and Unlocable) are, hopefully, not included. Three DLCs contain missions, but I still don't know what the rest of them actually are. They contain vehicles, weapons and outfits, right, but are they options to buy/find ingame or are they unlocked from the beguining, available at your garage/wardrobe/weapons storage? Is the Invincible DLC really making you invincible without the possibility of turning it off? Thank you.

The point is: I don't want to have extra resources (weapons, vehicles, skills) right from the beguinning. And under no circumstances do I want to be invincible.

You can choose to use those 'items' or 'cheats', besides that it's all up to you. And most stuff only gets unlocked like 30 minutes into the game after the intro.

my thoughts...just bought it!! cheap as chips for the amount of content and sillyness.

Bought this yesterday it is great.
About 20 to 30 minutes in you get your 1st home/base, You'll have access to about 10 at a guess vehicles in your garage already, maybe 3 or 4 extra weapons including a sniper rifle, plus loads of funky clothing already acquired.
There is also a cheat option with a couple of options if you wish to use them.

I also don't like games where when you start out you get all the goodies at the get go, far better to earn them it adds a sense of achievement also, but it's pretty easy to not use the stuff if you don't wish to.
Lots of it is just funky goofy gear that you'll probably never touch anyway.

The vehicle dlc's give you those vehicles from the start, and there are some cheats, but don't use them if you don't want to. Just buy the full package, you'd be an idiot not to. It's so cheap right now.
The two DLCs that you mentioned are not included. A few DLC items are added (clothing, vehicles, weapons), but those are related to the mission packs and things of that nature, so there's no avoiding it other than not getting the DLC at all. For any kind of "cheats", you have the option to disable them at any time. You may be interested in that, as the game naturally allows you to grow your various damage resistances over time until you're immune to everything.

The Bloodsucker pack, not included in the Full Package, replaces the neck breaking function when you have a human shield/hostage and it fully restores your health. You also get various money making bonuses unlocked early for free. It can't be disabled after being purchased/installed.

I find it handy but it may not be for everyone that likes a challenge. I had SR3 preordered (Xbox360) when it came out so got to enjoy it plain-vanilla style first. ;)

Regarding the Full Package:

You start out with a lot of extra free clothing and can re-purchase many of those items in custom colors. You get a custom tank, armored Buldog (SUV) as well as three themed specialty cars in your garage (may be more but I don't recall what). When you get your first safehouse (crib) with a heliport, you'll find a custom VTOL and flying broom and flying bike waiting for you.

You are free to use any of these, or not, as you choose. :) Stealing your own vehicles/planes etc. is easy enough, although tanks and attack helicopters can be a bit of an early challenge. Personally, I still have certain cars that I like so I collect them and upgrade/customize them fully as soon as possible.
