Zombie or swat homies which is better

Im at the mission and i wanted to know also can the zombie homies attack you or will they be like zombie carlos?

Ehhh go with swat. The zombies are like the zombies you fight...slow charge at enemies and are melee so most gangs just shoot them. They won't attack you unless like all homies you smack them a bit first.

I did have zombies, And called them in when I was fighting SWAT. SWAT just smacks tham back with riot shields, then shoots them. I would choose swat, plus you can take the armored van they bring and save it for later.
