Last assassination "glitched"? Lucas / Deckers / Burns Hill
I'm down to the last assassination and I can't get the guy to spawn for the life of me. I've tried both Decker costumes, I've just driven around, shot my street thugs, civilians walking around, etc, and nothing. I'm waaaay post-game with all city sectors at 100% and the power plant converted into the mega skyscraper mansion, but other assassinations in this area still spawned the Deckers... am I screwed? :plane:

There should be a new "Decker" outfit in your wardrobe as soon as you pick this target. The other two outfits (soldier/specialist) don't work, at least they didn't work for me. Last assassination? Is this your 36th target? Weird, my last target was Mr. Hess.

yeah, just have the soldier and specialist outfits - even deleted some others to see if it was "out of space" for some reason and no dice. This blows :/
