The Saints VTOL yeah I got it. Unfortunately I know they weren't pictured but I was really hoping to also get the Saints Tornado & Volture.
In all seriousness the Full Package version should not be described as such since it is not in fact 'complete'. Don't get me wrong I love the game and I'm glad I bought it, I just dislike it when things are deceptively advertised.
There is a few mods that make the DLCs unlockables and thus make the game less cheap if you happen to have them. Look here: http://steamcommunity.com/app/55230/discussions/0/846959179146256892/
Didn't know it didn't have the Steelport Gangs Pack? Oh well you can always get it next Steam sale. Usually when a game like Saints Row 3 goes on daily sale the DLC and the previous Saints Row 2 also goes on sale as well.
Blame THQ for all the DLC packs.....
The page on Wikia says it's part of the full package http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/Saints_Row:_The_Third_-_The_Full_Package
Saintsrow.com says its in the full package http://saintsrow.com/community/go/thread/view/136777/29407847/The_Full_Package_FAQ
and the trailer for the full package shows the items

My issue is that they call it the 'Full Package' yet do not include all of the DLC. Steelport is included, its only the Bloodsucker DLC thats missing.
If you bought a car that was 'Fully Loaded' and it ended up missing (for example) the heated seats, you'd likely have a problem with them being deceptive with you. They could call it the 'Ultra Pack' or something similar, as the word 'Full' implies the version is 'complete' or contains the 'entirety' of the DLC. I don't care if I get the DLC, my issue is with them selling something different from what they claim to be selling.
It's interesting that its described everywhere else as containing everything, perhaps its simply an issue with Steam.
Well.... I'm sure if they could pull that DLC from the store they would have. They got a huge backlash from fans about how bad it was.
