Insurance Fraud Tips?
I completed every side mission and main mission from the game except the Insurance Fraud missions that I find so hard even on the Medium mission levels.

Any tips and tricks on getting points for Medium and Hard Insurance Fraud? I tried everything and even when I think I'm doing amazing (do it in hotspots, big point combos on full bar time) I will be missing the goal by a massive amount.

hotspots and hit as many cars as you can, while in ragdoll-mode - sometimes it's worth to get a car and drive to the next hotspot if there's to few traffic or accidents blocking the streets.

Hot spots for sure. Make sure you're getting into that yellow-bar adrenaline mode or whatever it is called. If you can manage to get hit by some cars in this mode you can get crazy air and then try and fall onto other cars. It'll chain together huge multipliers and thus a huge net gain.

Sometimes hotspot is not necessary, but makes it easier, I usually just go into a heavy highway and just frequently fall onto oncoming traffic.

Hotspots, running against oncoming traffic and always try to land in front cars when falling from the air

Running, good traffic flow (make sure your car doesn't ruin it), full bar is needed, and look for a couple cars- in a row- going the same direction. When the first car hits you, hopefully you get some air and continue into the cars behind it.

I found the best way was to find a big truck and try to keep bouncing on its roof. Hit the same truck enough times and you can easily make $50,000 to $100,000.

Ignore the hotspots, head to the nearest highway. That's the secret. Once you're on the highway with high speed cars coming along regularly, Insurance Fraud becomes ridiculously easy.

The hotspots are fine to GET the adrenaline rush, but then leave it. All the hotspots are intersections, so the cars stop and stack up. What you want to do is get the adrenaline rush, and then run up the street, preferably in whatever direction has a good, long stretch of road with no stops. Then you can get whacked, aim for the next car, get whacked, etc. The fact that you got stuck is weird, they actually DID program it to respawn you when that happened, so that was really bad luck. Also, note that if you jump and then hit the ragdoll button, you can fling yourself ridiculous distances, especially when you get the adrenaline bonus; this is a great way to save time and basically cannonball yourself into cars to get things rolling. Or, like the other guy said, go to the highway. Or, actually, I found it worked even better at the loop in front of the airport; it's a long drive, but once you get started, I've gone from zero to goal on the hard ones in just a couple of long combos, once I got adrenaline rush. And yeah, it was really misleading of them to program those hot spots in exactly the worst places to actually do the activity.

Ignore the hot spots.

Hop in a car and get to a freeway onramp ASAP.

Onramps have a steady flow of cars, which makes it easy to string several collisions together.

Sometimes you'll cause the onramp to get clumped up, at which point there are plenty of more cars on the freeway.

Ragdoll aiming was the trick for me. On the 360, I'd get hit then YANK the stick back like a fishing pole. Not sure how that translates to Mouse and Keyboard. The highway is a good suggestion though. I've also found the larger the vehicle, the higher the launch, and the better payoff. If you can get a string of semi's on the highway, you're set all the way.

Best Tip........... here it comes. Most easy way to get better high scores for all high rollers here. COOP! the coo-guy or girl can do points to with the same max points for the scores. Sry best way to do it. And yes iam the alpha and omega for SR3.

TYVM. You both helped me get the $450,000 Insurance Fraud and I now know what to do for the other ones

I see all the Tips about incoming traffic... Where? Im on Highest Settings... And Vehicles on my Game constantly despawn when look in there direction... There never more then 3-4 Cars on the road and often they are to fast and got away..

Go to the freeway if possible and otherwise mainroads where a lot of traffic is. First get the adrenaline mode activated. Once done that try to make a long chain of just hitting cars. The longer your distance is after hitting a car the more points you get. In adrenaline mode you will fly through the air, sort off. That's where you score most points. Don't bother much for hotspots, just keep hitting. And increase sprint. If possible, aim for infinite sprint, so you don't get tired at all.
