Enabling Achievements after Cheats

I heard somewhere that you could still get achievements after you enable cheats. How do you do this? Thanks for the input anybody.

If it's like GTA, you can't get achievements with cheats on your save.

You have to use mods for that which enable cheats WITHOUT using the cheat option in your in-game mobile phone. Examples would be Gentlemen of Steelport.
You can find it on saintsrowmods.com.
Don't ask me how to install it though, never used it myself.

EDIT:
Also, since you activated cheats on your current game, you will have to download a small program to clear the cheat-flag that was set when you activated them, because that flag will prevent all further achievements from being registered even when you are not using cheats on that particular game anymore.

Thank you for this. The lack of autosave was killing me, hopefully I can get the mod working.
