a fully upgraded 45 shepherd is more overpowered imo.
on the other hand the DLC vehicles are something different and the tank and VTOL are way too strong :)
I tend to prefer the Go!
My favorite melee weapon is that dildo. The only weapons I use outside that are generally police pistols, the machine gun that sets people on fire, and the rocket launcher. For AoE I will occasionally use the Airstrike laser.
The rocket launcher's nice for taking out brutes. ^_^
The TOGO uses up ammo really fast, has a smaller clip size than an upgraded AR-55, does less damage per hit, and can only hip fire or scope zoom while the AR-55 can hip fire, fine aim, and scope.
It's nice as a starting weapon in case I run out of ammo for my other guns, but it quickly out lives it's usefulness.
The wiki I'm looking at has them listed with all the same stats (though the wiki in question is also asking for a source for the part of the description that says the tank fires energy weapons
It's really overpowered early in the game, but then again I've stolen a Challenger tank at level 2....
The hard part is not surviving the tank rampage, the hard part is survivng the 5 feet from the tank to your safehouse door with every gang and the police at 5 stars
