Can't log into http://www.saintsrow.com/ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What is going on? The login used in the game works fine. However, the same details do not allow me to log into the homepage to see or change my account. Anybody know what is going on with this mess?

Oh and conveniently the password reminder is broken and won't actually send out any email.

!!It's important to know- Your password in the game cannot consist of special characters!!
It's also important to use the specific link above because the one on the upper top right of their site was written by a ______ and it doesn't work. At all. As in you will never see that email.

Would have been nice if they warned you when you were creating an account in-game because it works fine and you wouldn't know something is amiss until you try logging into their homepage to change your account.

FYI - the website was hosted by THQ (which becomes bankruptcy), now it's on the hand of Koch Media (Label: Deep Silver) and they've altered some stuff on the website. contact Koch Media/ Deep Silver through their website if you want that issue get fixed.
steam and the community can't do anything about that, but thx for the info :)

Already had. They got back to me saying they would send the information along. Hopefully it gets fixed. Until it does I hope this information will help someone get through this.

For me it says that my account does not exist though if I try to create a new one it exists. Whats up with that?

How did you create your first account? Did you do it through another THQ game?

I have exactly the same issue. Sent a messagt to @saintsrow on Twitter describing the issue. They answered extremely fast and asking for my username. Sent it to them via direct message (after they followed me for this purpose) and replied they will forwared to the team to get fixed as some problems during database transfer from THQ to saintsrow.com may have happened.

Also sent a mail to Koch Media customer service and they answered quite fast that they have some problems with the passwort reset page and that they are working hard to get this solved.

Hope this helps some of you...and hopefully it does for me (not sure how long this will take).


PS: I created my account in the game (Saints Row: The Third). Can login in game but not on saintsrow.com. I even did not get a confirmation mail after registration. When I did that with another account registered I get a mail and the login does work. Seems there is something messed up with ingame registration and transferring it to the website. Even after login in the game it does not show any stats on the website :(
