Three Way Tank.
I. Freaking. Hate that Tank. The one at the Armory. UGH. I can kill him if I'm quick enough, but I can't take that tank. The stupid gunner shares the tank's health.

I found Three Way went a lot easier if you brought your own tank to the party. Called up vehicle delivery for the Crusader I nabbed from one of the missions (not even the Prototype) and the rest was a cakewalk. Had to ditch it for an N-Forcer after the Armory, but I had zero tank issues of my own.

Well, I beat him. (I could not use vehicle delivery at the time. T_T) So I ended up camping behind a chainlink fence (attached to this weird brick fence.) And kept shooting him with the laser rifle, then a Luchador came in with a grenade launcher, so I just spammed that until the tank blew up. :3
