28/32 gang operations and 100% completed game [solved]
Hi, sorry for bad English. I have completed the main story and I wanted to try to get 100% in all four districts (now I have 100% in two of them) but for example I miss 4 gang operations and I have no idea how to find them since there are no gang around. Is there a way to find them anyway? Or am I screwed? Thanks guys.

It's easier to find the gang operations if you use a helicopter to hover over the zones you haven't conquered yet.

Yes this is true but will I find them even if I completed the game? I mean, I beated the last boss, finished the story.
