Do more clothes unlock later?

Do they have leather jackets in this game? or backpacks where you change colors. and what about more necklaces? Really im trying to make this character or want too, but i don't see any leather jackets so are more clothes unlock later or do they have leather jackets in Saints row 4?

I don't know which games in the series you have played but SR3&4 are VERY lacking in terms of chothing and accessories when compared to SR2. SR2 was the epitome of customization. You do unlock items as the game progresses, but not GTA5 style. Basically, what you see in the 3 clothing stores (Let's pretend, Leather and Lace, and Planet Saints) in the beginning is basically what you get. Coming right from a very beloved SR2 I was disappointed by this.

Really? That's interesting to know. Damn, maybe when SR5 comes out one day they will go back to all the customztion stuff. I made 2 characters so far with the clothes i want, i might have to get SR2 though for that other character.

There's a nice mod called "srtt shiny clothes" on saintsrowmods.com that's supposed to give many clothes a latex effect, but it also works great for a leather look if you choose the right colours.

Following some of the missions and diversions also gets you new clothes, but with those, it's an all-or-nothing deal.

ok one quick question and thanks guys. Do SR3 and SR4 have snow? i see everything but snow so far even though i just started playing both games.

Anyone know what the latest word on the website is? Like when will we be able to make an account for saints row and download/upload characters.

After playing SR3 and SR4 , both these games are the games which i was looking to replace games like APB reloaded and defiance with. There's plenty of features in both of these games, and so much to do. In SR3 i made 3 characters, Tomb Raider, Nightmare Alonzo ( a character i made in APB ) and Claude from GTA3. I use similar outfits and guns and also vehicles but up the a bit from that time year.

In sr4 i made 2 super heroes so far. plan to make a 3rd character later. I wish they had Cop mode though like GTA 3, that's the only flaw. oh and profile selection, so i can just choose a character to play instead of using the load game menu, because one of these of days i might end up saving on the wrong saved lol

but if someone has any info about do they have profile selections and cop mode, let me know. but i rate both games 10/10.

There is infact a profile you can make. it is part of the saints row website. However, the series was formerly managed by THQ back in 2012/2013, when THQ went bankrupt and sold everything to diferent companies things got messed up and the website ended up not being completely correct.

basically website is down for an unknown amount of time. i do NOT know if there is a date expected for the site to be fixed or not.


also as far as COP mode goes there is a cheat code you can use pissoffpigs

using that will increase police noteriety 1 star. use the cheat 5 times for max noteriety and you'll get the army to attack. or go onto the military base and blow crap up.

Nah cop mode from GTA3 i was talking about, like being a police officer chasing down bad guys. GTA 3 has that feature once you're in a cop car. But all good though, thanks anyway :)
