Plastic surgery.
Hi. When i visit plastic surgery they say the changes of my hero will be forever and I cant change it next time. Is it true? If its, its quite bad. Thx.

No, you can cut yourself up as often as you want and have that 500$ each.
You can also switch to male/female all the time, if you need that.

It just means the changes you're doing now are permanent but you can go to Image As Designed any time.

You can get plastic surgery as many times as you like. But it costs $400+ if you own it and $500 if you dont own it each time!
