SR3 on slow motion
Hello, I just installed the saints row 3 and I have noticed that the game will me like slow motion, the characters move slow and when I press the buttons takes seconds to perform the action.
I do not know if it's because my computer is not very powerful or are a gambling problem
I need help please.

Put your settings on low, and turn off anti aliasing, and anioscopic, sounds like a framerate problem.

I've changed and nothing happens.

Yeah same here, I wil never buy a Volition product again. They are clearly incompetent PC developers. Saint Rows 2 was garbage on PC and could not run properly and this game in it's engine tries to hard to control framerate which causes major stutters and runs like utter crap.Turning down settings is not an option since the settings suggested here make the game look like crap and does not run properly anyway. I have very few problems with games running fine but Volition games are always problematic.

Now got off the display settings to the lowest out there and I downloaded the updates from AMD and remains the same, and my computer is more or less powerful because I will fuid other games like left 4 dead 2 and the team fortess.

Team Fotress 2 is a 7+ year old game. Left 4 Dead 2 is a 5+ year old game that was designed to run on 8 year old console hardware. Being able to run those games doesn't mean much for your computer's performance.

what type of computer parts do you have? if you have direct X 11 installed you must have a decent video card....unless its the processor and RAM thats slowing it down....i am guessing processor though

i really think now that the processor might be the problem.

Video Card: 320MB Video RAM GPU w/ Shader Model 3.0 support. NVIDIA GeForce 8800 series or better. ATI Radeon HD 3800 series or better

LOL. Your screenshots say otherwise. You're running both of those games at sub-720p resolutions. Quite bad in 2014 (sorry, but it's true). Time for a PC upgrade if you want to be a PC gamer. It's only going to get more stressful for your rig.
