Finding Smoov's hoes

I'm having trouble finding them. Any suggestions ?

Did I screw myself over by completing all the activities, gang operations and property purchases before trying this assassanation ?

Looking at those results:
#1 - video starts after hoe has been found, making it useless
#2 - If the first video isn't useful, I'm not watching a 5 minute video that may or may not answer my question. The text guide linked in the description doesn't help me.
#3 - Nothing useful

i'm not insulting you in any way, but some other people had issues with this assassanation as well and there are plenty of tips to get around this on the web.

it's a good idea to do the car thefts and assassanations before you're controlling alomost the whole city, as members of the other gangs are rarley seen in the city at this point.

as far as i remember the description of this assassanation is a little missleading: just kill some of the gang members and the target will show up.

lmgtfy links are always insults, intentional or not, as they come with the implication that the person the link is directed at is too stupid to use google.

I don't think car thefts have that problem, so I'm planning to use them for when I need to get my gang notoriety up.

That wiki link is not an insult.

It does say that Smoov's assassination just needs me to kill hoes, and that the game doesn't distinguish between fat and skinny ones. But I still need to find the hoes.

Turns out the hoes only show up at night. Making them the one part of gameplay where the time of day matters.

Now Andre, I do need to get Morningstar angry to trigger him. An attack chopper should keep them angry and make the assassination itself quick.

(I am possibly half-necroing here, but I had trouble with this myself and it's not addressed by any of the stickies.)

I also had trouble with those.

Apparently the game also doesn't care what ho you use - the mission says you must use the 'larger' ones, but others have done it with the 'sexy' hos as well.

This is what I did, it's not fool proof but it might bring you more success.

1. Grab some hos in Smoovs area during the night time as you know.) For the record I grabbed at least 5.
2. Get some Morningstar notoriety up.

THIS was where I had trouble - because if you get the cops after you - you may need to start step 2 all over again if you go into a shop (or otherwise get your notoriety removed - Police Forgiveness homie is the only way here - your one chance.) If you have a Morningstar Gang Operation in the area, use that.

3. I think you need more than 3 stars. I know I did.

4. Smoov SHOULD appear if you do all of these in this order.

I wish I could personally guarantee for you that the game won't glitch. I would also suggest doing it first thing when the game has booted, just to be safe (i.e. 'after a hard/cold game boot').

I Killed Andre (the one where you kill hoes and get moringstar angry with you to draw him out ) with a tank.

The most annoying part was killing the hoes before my co-op partner, who didn't have the assassination open at the time, killed them. Because any he killed didn't count to draw him out.

Any ho will do, You just need to hostage take a ho and he'll show. it worked for me at least.
