Keep trying and learn the patterns. Then it isn't that hard IMO (I thought it was difficult the first few times as well but after trying over a few times and learning the enemies' patterns it wasn't that hard).

what helps me a lot of times in games I have trouble in is law of averages. law of averages states if you do something enough times you will get it right. "the game has to be perfect every time, you only need to do good enough one time!" I know that didn't really help that much but it is my gaming motto.

Oh, I forgot to say, this is when you're in a helicopter with a rocket launcher and shoot cars before they reach a specific car.

just don't fire a homing missle on the attacking car if it's (too) close to your homie - it's often best to not fire a missle rather then fire it and damage your homies car.

learn to predict where the attacking cars are coming from and fly your heli sightways, so you can watch the spots in front AND behind the car. now finish them off before they get near your homie.

don't be afraid to shot on noninvolved vehicles near the attacking car as the explosion will hurt it as well.

if you don't get a missle lock on the attacking car, shot/spam rockets in front of it

No no, you aren't controlling the helicopter, you are simply sitting in it with a rocket launcher in your hand. Sorry for the miscommunication, my fault.

I completed it after realizing I was shooting rockets near the car. I just sat there and the car went through. I only did real action when I had to snipe.
